About the role

Rivach is looking for a Research Analyst focused on pharmaceutical and life-sciences intelligence. You will investigate companies, capabilities, facilities, products, partnerships and outsourcing activity across the pharmaceutical ecosystem and convert fragmented public information into accurate, structured business intelligence. This role is well suited to someone who understands the pharmaceutical industry, enjoys investigative research and is comfortable using modern research, data and automation tools.

What you'll work on

• Research pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life-sciences companies using credible public and commercial information sources.
• Build structured company profiles covering business focus, capabilities, therapeutic areas, facilities, services and relevant market activity.
• Research sponsors, manufacturers, CMOs, CDMOs, CROs and related service providers.
• Identify partnerships, manufacturing relationships, outsourcing activity, acquisitions, expansions and other relevant business signals.
• Validate information across multiple sources before adding it to structured datasets.
• Use research tools, data platforms and approved automation or scraping workflows to improve research efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, sourcing and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the structure and usefulness of pharmaceutical intelligence data.

What we're looking for

• Educational or professional background relevant to pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, business or market research.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand pharmaceutical companies, products, services and business models.
• Comfort working with large amounts of information and converting findings into structured data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information across multiple sources.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort learning and using modern research, data and AI-assisted productivity tools.

What would make you stand out

• MBA, pharmacy, pharmaceutical management, life-sciences or related educational background.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and outsourcing models.
• Familiarity with CMOs, CDMOs, CROs, sponsors and pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, market research, company research or commercial research.
• Experience working with data collection, enrichment or web research tools.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, manufacturing or commercial terminology.
